Refund policy

Seasons Floristry, after accessing the circumstances, may offer an alternative solution such as re-sending the same product or a different one within the same price or refunding the price of the product.

We aim to solve a refund query within one working day, the solution will take into consideration the freshness of what flowers/plants can be offered and will be at our Head Florist's discretion.

We accept same-day returns, only if the products are damaged or incorrect upon arrival to you the customer. Please notify us and return the products in their original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another, refund the payment, or offer a credit note for future use. We can only accept returns of products that haven’t been tampered with or damaged due to the negligence of the customer. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
