SHIPPING POLICY

Seasons Floristry delivers within all UAE Emirates from 10 am, 7 days a week.

 

Delivery charges will automatically apply to any amount purchased in such areas;

 

Dubai - 85 AED

Sharjah - 30-50 AED

Ajman -  50 AED

Umm Al Quwain - 100 AED

Ras Al Khaima - 150 AED

Al Ain - 250 AED

Abu Dhabi - 250 AED

 

 

For orders with more than one delivery address, each additional address will be an additional charge depending on the area of delivery. For orders requiring re-routing such as pick up of gifts/items or payment, there will be an additional charge depending on the required areas.

 

The last timing for same-day deliveries in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman is 6 pm, any deliveries placed after 6 pm will be delivered the next day.

 

We offer same-day delivery to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain if you order before 12nn. Any orders placed after 12 midday will be delivered the next day.

REFUND POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Seasons Floristry and the

Client upon confirmation of the order and/or payment.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made are strictly non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

2. Flower Availability and Substitution

The type, color, and variety of flowers may change due to unforeseen circumstances, seasonal

availability, shipment delays, or supplier limitations.

3. Approved Flowers and Changes

The Client acknowledges that flowers are imported and shipped from overseas. In the event the

approved flowers become unavailable, Seasons Floristry will inform the Client accordingly.

Changes to the approved flowers may not always be possible. However, Seasons Floristry may

consider alternative arrangements subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.

4. Delivery and Inspection

The Client shall coordinate and confirm the delivery schedule with Seasons Floristry.

Upon delivery, the Client is responsible for:

- Properly checking the flowers and arrangements.

Seasons Floristry shall not be responsible for any damage, deterioration, or mishandling of flowers

after delivery has been completed and acknowledged by the Client.

Any replacement of damaged flowers after delivery shall be subject to additional charges.

5. Ownership of Materials

All materials, floral arrangements, props, accessories, and related items supplied by Seasons Floristry

shall remain the property of Seasons Floristry until full payment has been received.
